We compared the gene signatures of mouse melanocyte stem cells and the melanoma tumor derived from them upon Braf V600E mutation and loss of Pten, as well as the heterogeneity of the melanoma cells by single cell RNAseq Overall design: Melanocyte stem cells isolated from 3 Tyr-CreER; R26R-Tomato mice were analyzed. 3 independent melanoma tumors derived from transplantation of melanocyte stem cells of Tyr-CreER; Braf V600E fl/+; Pten fl/fl; R26R-Tomato mice were analyzed
