Streptomyces solapis and S. nidicoloris genomes from Anthophora bomboides. Streptomyces sp. BH055

Streptomyces were isolated from various stages of the solitary bee Anthophora bomboides and found to have antifungal activity. Genomes of isolates strains were sequenced for comparative genomics with related species and found to represent two novel Streptomyces species.
