Clinical dataset of ECMO usage in patients with lung failure, kardiogenic shock and septic shock

Clinical Data of 131 Patients in which ECMO treatment was used. Indications were lung failure, kardiogenic shock and septic shock. Data contains baseline characteristics, arterial blood gas analyses pre ECMO und one day after initiation of ECMO circulation as well as data describing ethiology of underlying desease and comorbidities. Recruitment period started in April 2011 and ended in July 2016

本数据集包含131例接受体外膜肺氧合（Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation，ECMO）治疗患者的临床资料。本次治疗的适应证包括呼吸衰竭、心源性休克与感染性休克。数据集涵盖患者基线特征、体外膜肺氧合治疗前及循环启动后1天的动脉血气分析结果，同时包含基础疾病病因及合并症相关数据。患者招募周期为2011年4月至2016年7月。
