The plant growth promoting rhizobacterium Achromobacter sp. 5B1 rescues Arabidopsis seedlings from alkaline stress by enhancing root organogenesis and hormonal responses

Here, we report the genome of Achromobacter sp. 5B1 strain, a rhizobacterium isolated from an extreme environment, that can change the root gravitropism when it grows on interaction with Arabidopsis.
