Therefore, the position of the feature instance will be within 0.5mm at map scale for 90% of the well-defined points. That is, 1:500 = 0.25m, 1:2000 = 1m, 1:4000 = 2m, 1:25000 = 12.5m, 1:50000 = 25m and 1:100000 = 50m. 多坐标参考系统（multiCRS）服务说明文档
本系列全新的「multiCRS」网络服务已正式发布，旨在支持GDA2020坐标系统。此类新型multiCRS服务具备以下特性：
· 采用GDA2020作为空间参考
· 依托内置的服务端坐标转换功能，可适配GDA2020、GDA94或[WGS84适配GDA2020]的地理信息系统（Geographic Information System, GIS）环境，支持的转换关系如下：
o GDA94 < NTv2-CPD > GDA2020
o GDA94 < NTv2-CPD > 适配GDA2020的WGS84
o GDA2020 < 无转换 > 适配GDA2020的WGS84

注意事项：
ESRI软件将自动从源空间参考（GDA94）进行转换以实现坐标对齐；其他软件则可能需要手动设置基于空间参考（GDA2020）的客户端坐标转换参数。
补充说明：客户端坐标转换可用于覆盖上述默认转换规则。

原[适配GDA2020的WGS84]服务仍可正常使用，且无需添加「multiCRS」后缀。后续将预留充足时间收集用户反馈与开展测试，计划将原服务名称升级为具备该新型multiCRS功能的版本。

本交通主题数据集用于表征用于人员、物资运输及服务交付的陆、水、空交通网络，涵盖网络连通性及各类属性特征，如网络类型、名称及通行限制规则等。

交通主题包含以下数据：
· 道路类：道路路段、道路附属构筑物、道路配套设施
· 航空类：机场、跑道、直升机停机坪
· 铁路类：铁路线路、铁路附属构筑物、铁路配套设施
· 海事类：海事配套设施
· 其他交通类别数据：聚合通行路径、聚合通行路径路段、索道——滑雪缆车、分级消防通道、渡轮航线——车辆渡轮、重载铁路、重载铁路专用线、轻轨、单轨铁路、道路名称范围、道路路段、道口（铁路桥梁、铁路隧道、铁路涵洞、公路桥梁、隧道、泄洪道、公路涵洞、浅滩）、交通管控设施（牲畜格栅道口、环形交叉口、闸门、障碍物、平交道口、收费站）、跑道、交通设施线路（码头、下水坡道）、交通设施点位（停车场、游艇码头、火车站、直升机停机坪、路边休息区、路边应急电话、机场、公交换乘站、重型车辆检查站）

本交通数据集可应用于以下场景：

· 地图绘制、海图编制与导航服务
· 资源与服务的规划及交付
· 资产管理
· 基础设施规划与开发

公共道路网络的维护更新依托州及地方政府道路管理部门提供的资料、土地登记数据、最新遥感影像及其他公开数据源持续开展。森林、公园及保护区内的道路、通行便道及消防通道数据，由相关托管机构提供数据源并定期更新。私有产权道路及便道则通过最新遥感影像开展周期性更新维护。交通主题内的其他要素（如铁路、渡轮、航空设施、道口及交通管控设施）则通过多源历史数据整合生成。

空间服务部门（Spatial Services）为本基础主题数据集的权威可信数据源，可完整、实时且精准地覆盖新南威尔士州全域。本数据集的建设目标为整合最优可用数据并持续迭代优化，以满足核心数据用户的需求。

新南威尔士州交通主题的道路数据已符合国家道路工作组（National Roads Working Group）的绝大多数规范要求。后续将持续优化数据模型与数据内容，以进一步达成整体建设目标。交通主题数据集将通过系统性优化铁路、水上航运及航空数据网络与基础设施得到进一步完善。

精度说明：
本数据集依据澳大利亚国家测绘委员会（National Mapping Council of Australia）1975年发布的《地图精度标准》，整合多比例尺（1:500至1:250000）的最优可用数据源进行采集。按照该标准，90%的明确定位点位在对应地图比例尺下的位置误差不超过0.5毫米，即：
· 1:500比例尺：误差≤0.25米
· 1:2000比例尺：误差≤1米
· 1:4000比例尺：误差≤2米
· 1:25000比例尺：误差≤12.5米
· 1:50000比例尺：误差≤25米
· 1:100000比例尺：误差≤50米
当前本数据集的空间位置与精度优化升级工作正在持续推进中。
