资源简介:
The Bonin fruit bats is endemic to the Bonin islands, Japan, and is an endangered species. In the Bonin islands, there is concern about the destruction of the ecosystem by rats, and rodenticides are used to control them. The use of rodenticides may risk exposing non-target species to rodenticides, and it is necessary to determine whether the endemic species of the Bonin islands are more or less sensitive to rodenticides when using rodenticides. The affinity of vitamin K epoxide reductase (VKOR), the target molecule of rodenticides, to rodenticides is an important factor in predicting the sensitivity to rodenticides. The ability to metabolize exogenous chemicals is also an important factor in predicting sensitivity to chemical substances such as rodenticides. The liver is a major organ responsible for xenobiotic metabolism, and the sequence and expression profile of xenobiotic metabolizing enzymes expressed in the liver is one of the important factors in predicting the metabolism of rodenticides. The purpose of this project is to clarify the VKOR sequence and the sequence and expression levels of xenobiotic metabolizing enzymes in the Bonin fruit bat.
