Extended Data for "Loyal but Multi-Connected: Uncovering Customer Involvement Profiles and the Retention–Multi-SIM Paradox in Mobile Telecommunications"

This repository contains the supporting materials for the article “Loyal but Multi-Connected: Uncovering Customer Involvement Profiles and the Retention–Multi-SIM Paradox in Mobile Telecommunications,” based on 1,588 customers across 53 branches. The materials are organized into three archives:- Extended_1_Questionnaires.zip: customer and branch manager questionnaires, provided in Indonesian and English, including participant information and informed consent.- Extended_2_Mplus data.zip: Mplus syntax (.inp), analytical datasets (.dat), and corresponding outputs (.out) supporting the analyses reported in the manuscript.
