Acinetobacter sp. P1332, were isolated from wild Takifugu oblongus collected in the southeastern coastal region of Fujian Province, China. These strains possess the capability to produce tetrodotoxin (TTX), thereby contributing to their status as one of the sources of this potent neurotoxin. In this research, we present the complete genomes of Acinetobacter sp. P1332 which will contribute to the investigation of the genetic determinants involved in TTX production. The total length of the sequenced genome consists of 4,017,868 bases, with mean G+C content of 41.22%. A total of 3,863 coding genes including 90 tRNAs and 21 rRNAs were predicted in the genome.
