PB database

The PB database (Plant-Beneficial Small Molecule Database) is a curated collection of small molecular compounds associated with plant growth promotion and stress resistance. It includes plant hormones, amino acids and their derivatives, phenolic acids, flavonoids, organic acids, and other bioactive metabolites reported to exert beneficial effects on plant development and environmental adaptation.Each entry contains standardized compound information, including molecular formula, compound name, CAS number, functional category, source classification, and reference website. The database serves as a structured reference resource to support compound identification and metabolomic analysis in studies of plant–microbe interactions and agricultural biostimulants.
