Addition of TiO2-NPs to the polymer matrix will improve the mechanical properties of bio-polymer without having negative effect on bio-degradability. Also, a composition of CMC and TiO2-NPs in starch base polymer will result to good quality product. for this purpose, design of experiments (DOE) technique is suitable method.将二氧化钛纳米颗粒（TiO2-NPs）添加至聚合物基体中，可在不对生物聚合物的生物降解性产生负面影响的前提下，提升其力学性能。此外，在淀粉基聚合物中复配羧甲基纤维素（Carboxymethyl Cellulose，CMC）与二氧化钛纳米颗粒（TiO2-NPs），可获得高品质产物。为此，实验设计（DOE）技术为适宜的研究方法。
