SEMANTIC PROCESSES OBSERVED IN EUPHEMISMS

This article analyzes semantic processes observed in euphemisms. Particular attention is given to types of semantic shift such as metaphor, metonymy, and periphrasis involved in the formation of euphemisms. The study also examines the influence of cultural, social, and psychological factors on the emergence of euphemisms. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the role of euphemisms in language and speech.本文对委婉语中观测到的语义过程进行剖析，重点考察了委婉语构成过程中涉及的隐喻（metaphor）、转喻（metonymy）、迂回表达（periphrasis）等语义转移类型。本研究同时探讨了文化、社会与心理因素对委婉语产生的影响，其研究成果有助于更深入地理解委婉语在语言与言语活动中的作用。
