This is a supplementary dataset for a submitted manuscript "Marine silica cycle perturbation caused by vigorous and variable overturning circulations in the early Paleogene Hothouse ocean" by Yasukawa et al. Analytical methods are as follows. Bulk carbonate d13C and d18O: Described in Yasukawa et al. (2017). TC, TOC, TIC, and CaCO3 for Sites U1553 and 1215: Described in Kuwahara et al. (2024). CaCO3 for Site 213: Described in Yasukawa et al. (2017). SiO2, TiO2, Al2O3, CaO, and K2O contents: Described in Kato et al. (1998) and Yasukawa et al. (2014).
