Flow cytometry data files from Sudderick et al., PLOS Biology (2026)

This dataset contains flow cytometry data files (.fcs) used for downstream analyses in “FuChi is a cell cycle biosensor for tracking cell cycle dynamics during avian development” by Sudderick et al. (2026). PDF files documenting the intermediate gating strategies used during analysis are included, along with the final processed data. A contents spreadsheet provides additional file-level metadata, including cell type, culture condition, and the corresponding manuscript figure associated with each file.
