AFM Morphology Analysis Platform Benchmark Evaluation Dataset

This dataset provides the legally redistributable 50-image benchmark/evaluation dataset for the AFM Morphology Analysis Platform. It includes AFM validation images, classification labels, manual segmentation masks, predicted segmentation masks, segmentation metric files, split/manifest metadata, SHA-256 file hashes, and verification scripts. The dataset supports independent inspection and re-evaluation of the classification and segmentation results reported in the associated SoftwareX manuscript. The historical training dataset used during initial model development was not preserved, so this package supports benchmark-level validation and checkpoint-level re-evaluation, not full retraining reproduction of the original model-development process.
