cigRockSEM: A benchmark dataset and baseline methods for rock microstructure interpretation in scanning electron microscope (SEM) images

We developed a standardized SEM image dataset that includes mudstone, sandstone, and shale. And this dataset combines publicly available labeled data, manually annotated images, and laboratory-collected samples.本研究构建了一套标准化的扫描电子显微镜（Scanning Electron Microscope, SEM）图像数据集，覆盖泥岩、砂岩及页岩三类岩样。该数据集整合了公开可获取的标注数据、人工标注图像与实验室采集的样品。
