Sewer plant areas, also known as sewer basins, are the boundaries of the areas served by each of our three Water Reclamation Facilities. In the event of a shutdown of one or more of these facilities, residents within the affected area may be asked to restrict the amount of water down the drain and flushing toilets.污水处理厂集水区（Sewer plant areas），亦称污水汇水区（sewer basins），指我方三座污水再生设施（Water Reclamation Facilities）各自负责服务的区域的边界范围。若上述一座或多座设施停机停运，受影响区域内的居民可能会被要求限制排水及冲厕的用水量。
