Growth and persistence of an aerobic microbiome in Wyoming bentonite MX-80 despite anoxic in situ conditions

This dataset contains all raw data used for the manuscript "Growth and persistence of an aerobic microbiome in Wyoming bentonite MX-80 despite anoxic <em>in situ</em> conditions" Raw data of enumeration via cultivation (colony forming units per gram dry Wyoming bentonite; most probable number per gram dry Wyoming bentonite), and raw sequences of 16S rRNA gene V4 region sequencing. The dataset also includes the 16S rRNA bioinformatics pipeline and the used 16S database to map the obtained sequences on as well as a metadata file in Excel and CSV format.<br> Figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 were created with the data and/or the scripts provided in the respective subfolders.本数据集包含学术论文《怀俄明膨润土MX-80中需氧微生物组在原位缺氧条件下的生长与存续》（"Growth and persistence of an aerobic microbiome in Wyoming bentonite MX-80 despite anoxic in situ conditions"）所使用的全部原始数据，具体包括：通过培养法计数的原始数据（每克干重怀俄明膨润土的菌落形成单位（colony forming units, CFU）、每克干重怀俄明膨润土的最可能数（most probable number, MPN）），以及16S核糖体RNA基因（16S rRNA gene）V4区测序的原始序列数据。本数据集还包含用于映射所得序列的16S rRNA生物信息学分析流程、所用的16S数据库，以及Excel和CSV格式的元数据文件。图1、2、3、4、5、6均基于各子文件夹中提供的数据和/或脚本生成。
