资源简介:
This study presents RNA sequencing data from mouse bone marrow derived macrophages (BMDMs) subjected to lactate stimulation, with or without concurrent treatment with an H3K9 lactylation-targeting peptide (H3K9la-P1). BMDMs were exposed to lactate to model metabolic reprogramming associated with inflammatory activation, while the H3K9la-targeting peptide was applied to selectively interfere with histone H3 lysine 9 lactylation. Transcriptomic profiling was performed to characterize gene expression changes associated with lactate-induced responses and to assess the impact of targeted inhibition of H3K9 lactylation on macrophage transcriptional programs.
