Official survey data City of Zurich Year-end 2019

The official survey (AV) provides geometric data on land ownership and is the basis for many other geodata and applications in business, administration and private life.
Attention: This is the year-end state of 2019 of the AV data!

**Purpose**: Official surveys within the meaning of Article 950 of the Civil Code are those surveys approved by the canton and recognised by the Federation for the installation and maintenance of the land register. The official survey data are georeference data used by federal, cantonal and municipal authorities as well as by business, science and third parties to obtain geoinformation. On the GeoServer, table structures optimised for the city-internal users are set up.

官方测绘数据集（AV）提供土地权属相关的几何数据，是商业、行政及私人生活领域诸多其他地理空间数据与应用的基础。

**用途**：根据《瑞士民法典》第950条之规定，官方测绘是指经各州批准、并获瑞士联邦认可，用于建立和维护土地登记簿的测绘工作。官方测绘数据属于地理参考数据，可供联邦、州、市级主管部门，以及商业机构、科研单位与第三方获取地理空间信息。GeoServer平台已针对城市内部用户优化了数据表结构。
