RNA sequence in alveolar macrophage of mice treated with HDM or Combined with PR8

To research the different expressive genes in alveolar macrophage during asthma excerbation, we build asthma excerbation mice use HDM combined with PR8. we sepreated and collected the alveolar macrophages in BALF of mice then test the RNA expression. in this data, LysMCre Cul5fl/fl mice also challenaged with HDM combined with PR8 to compared the different expressive genes in alveolar macrophage. LysMCre Cul5fl/fl mice and Cul5fl/fl mice were treated HDM or HDM+PR8 to build asthma or asthma excerbation mice models, AMs were collected and RNA-seq were performed and analysised. these data have four groups. AMs from Cul5fl/fl mice treated by PBS named as WT-C. AMs from Cul5fl/fl mice treated by HDM named as WT-H. AMs from Cul5fl/fl mice treated by HDM combined with PR8 named as WT-H-P. AMs from LysMCre Cul5fl/fl mice treated by HDM combined with PR8 named as KO-H-P.
