Low with the deficit zone of contiguous green, water and squares at building block level (150 m and 2 minutes walking). The deficit zone is the residential area that reflects the opposite of the specific target area. By conspicuous green, water and squares, we mean: — publicly accessible green for use without area restriction: parks, pocket parks, suspended green, fortgreen, dog walking area, urban forest, playground, cemetery, green playgrounds, publicly accessible green building – agricultural or agricultural green, unless completely inaccessible – natural green, unless completely inaccessible: for example Hobokense Polder, Wolvenberg – water: for example Galgenweel, Burchtse Weel, Dokken, Scheldt – publicly accessible paved spaces without surface restriction: squares, green squares, small street parks, sports grounds (NOT: roads, footpaths and cycle paths) This data layer is updated annually in January, provided that the facility is managed and updated annually by the relevant sector/service. In addition to the spatial distribution of nearby, district and sub-level facilities, we would like to draw attention to the importance of the immediate proximity (2 min walking) of green, spoil or nature, as a function of climate and heat stress. It also takes into account important barriers (water, ring, highway, rail, etc.) and safe crossing points for vulnerable road users (tunnels, bridges, seabrades with traffic lights).

本数据集以街区尺度（150米步行距离、2分钟步行可达）划定连片绿地、水体与广场的缺失区域。缺失区域指与特定目标区域属性相反的居住片区。
所谓显著绿地、水体与广场，定义如下：
- 无使用面积限制的公共开放绿地：公园、口袋公园（pocket park）、高架绿地（suspended green）、要塞绿地（fortgreen）、遛狗区（dog walking area）、城市森林（urban forest）、游乐场、公墓、绿化游乐场、可公共进入的绿地建筑——农业绿地或农用绿地（完全无法进入的除外）、自然绿地（完全无法进入的除外，例如霍博肯泽地（Hobokense Polder）、沃尔文山（Wolvenberg））；
- 水体：例如加尔根水域（Galgenweel）、比尔赫特泽（Burchtse Weel）、多肯港区（Dokken）、斯海尔德河（Scheldt）；
- 无使用面积限制的公共硬质开放空间：广场、绿化广场、小型街头公园、运动场地（道路、人行道与自行车道除外）。
本数据图层每年1月更新，前提是相关主管部门或服务机构每年对相关设施进行维护与更新。
除展示片区、街区及次级层级设施的空间分布外，本数据集还着重强调了2分钟步行可达范围内的绿地、弃置地与自然空间对缓解气候与热应激的重要作用。同时，该数据集还纳入了重要阻隔因素（水体、环城路、高速公路、铁路等）以及弱势道路使用者的安全过街设施（隧道、桥梁、带交通信号灯的海滨步道（seabrades））等要素。
