This dataset contains 20,000 experimental measurement records from a quantum eddy current wall thickness tomography system for evaluating pipeline non-destructive testing performance based on nitrogen-vacancy (NV) center vector magnetometry. The data covers 100 simulated pipeline samples collected under varying operational conditions, including core parameters such as actual wall thickness (9.5–10.5 mm), electrical conductivity, excitation frequency (10–100 Hz), magnetic field strength (1–6 nT), and noise intensity (0–25 nT), as well as key indicators including defect type (corrosion/crack/thinning/none), defect size (1–6 μm), defect depth, detection accuracy, signal-to-noise ratio, coherence time, measurement error, and reconstructed wall thickness values, with environmental conditions of temperature (20–30°C) and pressure (1–5 MPa) also recorded, supporting the validation of wall thickness reconstruction algorithms, training of defect detection models, and performance evaluation of quantum sensing systems in complex industrial environments.
