Open access scientific documents from website eLIBRARY.RU. The dataset consists of a zip-archive with raw text documents and a csv file with documents metadata. It contains information about publication year, topic according to State Rubricator of Scientific and Technical Information (SR STI), language and ID of the document in the www.elibrary.ru database.
