The Forecast Informed Scheduler for Hydropower (FIScH) was used to simulate hourly hydropower schedules given end-of-week storage targets, inflow forecasts, and locational marginal price forecasts. It was applied at 240 hydropower facilities in the western U.S. This release contains the FIScH simulation files, and reference facility metadata file. FIScH simulation files are provided for each facility, identified by their EIA ID in the filename. The `storage` or `ror` labels indicate whether a facility was simulated as having a storage reservoir or operating as run-of-river respectively.
