To explore the downstream molecular mechanisms of lipid toxicity caused by FXR gene activation, we constructed a model of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease using wild-type mice and FXR knockout mice of the C56BL/6N strain on a 60% kcal high-fat diet for 14 weeks. At the end of the experiment, fresh liver samples were taken for mRNA sequencing.
