Data from: Non-native earthworms alter the assembly of a meadow plant community

Dataset of the article “<em>Non-native earthworms alter the assembly of a meadow plant community</em>”. The zip file contains two folder, <strong>data</strong> and <strong>code</strong>. <strong>code</strong>: Four annotated scripts that contain a file for loading in data (<strong>load.R), </strong>data cleaning/wrangling (<strong>clean.R</strong>), pre build functions (<strong>func.R</strong>), and a file for processing the models and figures (<strong>proc.R</strong>). <strong>data</strong>: A readme is included in the data folder which contains all of the raw and processed data collected during our mesocosm study.本数据集对应论文《非本土蚯蚓改变草甸植物群落组装》（Non-native earthworms alter the assembly of a meadow plant community）。该压缩包包含两个文件夹，分别为**data**与**code**。 **code**：内含4个带注释的脚本文件，依次为数据加载脚本`load.R`、数据清洗与整理脚本`clean.R`、预构建功能脚本`func.R`，以及模型处理与图表生成脚本`proc.R`。 **data**：该文件夹内附带一份readme（自述文件），其中收录了本次中宇宙实验（mesocosm study）采集的全部原始数据与预处理后数据。
