OWNALL - Table

Contains tax parcel with joined landownership table “ownall”. This table downloaded from BFS Real Property Assessment on a weekly schedule. A view was created which contains all owners listed in the deed for the parcel. Link field to GIS parcel layer: TMK Common column between BFS tables: parid.本数据集包含关联了土地所有权表"ownall"的税务宗地数据。该表通过每周定时同步任务从BFS房地产评估系统下载获取。已创建数据库视图，收录该宗地契据中登记的全部所有权人信息。本数据集与GIS宗地图层的关联字段为TMK，BFS各数据表间的公共关联列为parid。
