Optimizing Outcomes in Phacoemulsification: Addressing Intraoperative and Postoperative Complications in a Case Series from Iraq

This study underscores phacoemulsification's effectiveness while suggesting further refinement in surgical and postoperative protocols for high-risk patients.本手稿对巴格达某私立诊所开展的31例白内障超声乳化术（phacoemulsification）病例进行了回顾性分析。本研究报告了患者的视力转归结局，尽管出现后囊膜破裂（posterior capsular rupture, PCR）、眼压（intraocular pressure, IOP）升高等并发症，但术后患者视力仍得到显著改善。本手稿通过系统综述，将本次研究结果置于现有相关文献的研究背景下进行阐释，并着重强调了行之有效的并发症管理策略。本研究凸显了白内障超声乳化术的临床有效性，同时建议针对高危患者进一步优化手术及术后诊疗规范。
