Distinct roles of cortical layer 5 subtypes in associative learning

The file named "Moberg_Data&Code.zip" is a zipped version of a folder "Moberg_Data&Code", which contains the data analyzed in the study along with the Matlab code used to generate the published figures. To access the data and the code, first unzip the file. The folder structure is organized to the corresponding figure with the code to generate each plot in each subfolder. It will load the data in each script, so make sure to change the folder structure to the correct Matlab path to allow the data to be uploaded. For example, to plot figure F. 1C, run the plotting script in "Code/Fig1/Fig. 1C".  The file named "ET_IT_striatum-main.zip" is a zipped version for the code used for the model in Fig. 6.
