NRS-18110 | Minutes [Properties and Grounds Committee of Council - Newcastle College of Advanced Education]

This series consists of the bound, official minutes of the Properties and Grounds Committee of Council (originally known as the Properties and Traffic Committee of Interim Council) of the Newcastle College of Advanced Education.The portion held is a bound volume, which cover the periods March 1974 to November 1978.  Earlier minutes, from the Committees establishment (before October, 1973) to February 1974, are missing, and appear to have been so since before transfer. The series concludes in 1989; the latest recorded meeting of the Committee was on 14th August of that year. The whereabouts of the Minutes for the period 1982 to1989 are currently unknown.
