Functional structure of the budget of expenses of the Local Entities. Appropriations are ordered according to their purpose and the objectives they intend to achieve, according to the classification by areas of expenditure, spending policies, groups of programmes and programmes detailed in Annex I to Order EHA/3565/2008 of 3 December 2008 approving the structure of the budgets of local authorities.
