Lepidoptera genomics based on 88 chromosomal reference sequences informs population genetic parameters for conservation

This repository contains (1) germline mutations called by the DeepVariant (v1.1.0) pipeline in VCF format; (2) rejected substitution scores calculated by the Genomic Evolutionary Rate Profiling (GERP++) software on each species and chromosome; and (3) the phylogenetic tree used as guide tree in the Cactus alignment.本数据集仓库包含以下三类内容：(1) 经DeepVariant（v1.1.0）分析流程鉴定得到的生殖系突变（germline mutations），存储格式为VCF；(2) 由基因组进化速率谱（Genomic Evolutionary Rate Profiling，GERP++）软件针对各物种及每条染色体计算得到的替换拒绝评分；(3) 在Cactus序列比对中作为引导树使用的系统发育树。
