Salt and alkali stress are major abiotic factors that negatively affect plant growth and yield. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying plant response to these stressors remain poorly understood. This study aimed to investigate the response of Miscanthus lutarioriparius, a bioenergy crop, to salt, alkali, and combined salt-alkali stress by high-throughput transcriptome and proteome analysis.
