Quantum Anomalous Hall state in MoTe2/WSe2 heterobilayer

Dataset of results related with the theoretical analysis of topological insulating state in the MoTe2/WSe2 heterostructure within the extended Hubbard model. The Hartree-Fock and Gutzwiller calculation methods have been used to obtain the data. The code in c++ which was used to produce the data is also provided. This data set is a result of research which was founded by National Science Centre, Poland (NCN) according to decision 2021/42/E/ST3/00128.本数据集为基于扩展哈伯德模型（extended Hubbard model），针对二碲化钼/二硒化钨（MoTe₂/WSe₂）异质结中的拓扑绝缘态开展理论分析所得到的研究结果集合。本次数据生成采用哈特里-福克（Hartree-Fock）与古茨维勒（Gutzwiller）两种计算方法。本数据集同时附带了用于生成该数据的C++源代码。本项研究由波兰国家科学中心（National Science Centre, Poland，简称NCN）依据编号2021/42/E/ST3/00128的资助决议立项支持。
