Dataset from SINAN

De-identified dataset used in a retrospective study on TB in Brazil from 2015 to 2020. Data source is System for Notifiable Diseases<em> (Sistema de Informação de Agravos de Notificação</em><em>,</em> SINAN). Study population included those who were homeless or sheltered, and were identified through using the “<em>POP_RUA</em>” variable本数据集为2015年至2020年巴西结核病（TB）回顾性研究所使用的去标识化数据集。数据来源为法定传染病报告系统（Sistema de Informação de Agravos de Notificação，SINAN）。研究人群涵盖无家可归者及收容安置人员，通过“POP_RUA”变量完成人群识别与筛选。
