Effects of difenoconazole on microbial community structure and ARGs abundance in soil

Metagenomic sequencing technology was used to study the effects of difenoconazole on the structure and function of soil microbial community from the aspects of species composition, functional composition and species-functional correlation, and to study the effects of difenoconazole on the spread of ARGs from the abundance of ARGs.
