Banana Rhizosphere Microbiome after Foc TR4 Inoculation. Raw sequence reads

This project examines the shifts in rhizosphere microbiome composition and diversity in banana plants following inoculation with wild-type and mutant strains of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense Tropical Race 4 (Foc TR4). Using 16S rRNA and ITS sequencing, the study provides insights into how fungal genetic modifications influence microbial community assembly. The findings shed light on pathogen-induced microbiome manipulation and its implications for disease progression in banana wilt.
