资源简介:
This dataset comprises personal reflections from Ukrainian students, documenting their emotional responses and coping strategies during the ongoing war. Collected in 2022 and 2023, these posts provide qualitative insights into students’ lived experiences, categorized into thematic areas: fear, uncertainty, and anxiety; grief and loss; anger and frustration; hope and resilience; and solidarity and peer support. The dataset highlights evolving psychological adaptation, with students increasingly relying on resilience-building strategies such as volunteering, journaling, storytelling, and adjusting to wartime conditions. Many reflections emphasize a deepened sense of national identity, illustrating the role of personal growth and identity formation in coping with adversity. Structured according to key emotional and behavioral themes, this dataset serves as a valuable resource for researchers, educators, and policymakers interested in trauma-informed education, mental health support, and student resilience in conflict settings. It offers a foundation for analyzing the impact of war on students’ psychological well-being and the role of social support networks, including community engagement, mutual aid, and collective action. By providing firsthand accounts of student experiences, this dataset contributes to the broader discourse on trauma, education, and resilience, supporting evidence-based approaches to fostering emotional well-being and academic continuity in times of crisis.
