# Supplementary data for Talenti et al.: A cattle graph genome incorporating global breed diversity (pt.1)<br> This repository contains the first part of the supplementary data for Talenti el al., and provide access to the the following graphs described in the paper:<br> 1. VG1.zip: zipped folder with the linear indexed VG graph generated from the ARS-UCD1.2 genome<br> 2. VG5p.zip: zipped folder with the indexed VG graph generated from the chromosome-wide alignments of five cattle assemblies further expanded with 11M variants from Dutta et al. (2020)<br> 3.
