资源简介:
Vanillin is one of the most widely used flavouring products worldwide. Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disorder. Here we analyzed the effect of vanillin on imiquimod (IMQ)-induced psoriatic skin inflammation in mice. Overall design: Mice were treated topically with IMQ and/or orally with 100 mg/kg vanillin for 7 consecutive days. RNA was extracted from skin tissues. The gene expression profiles were further analyzed by microarray.
