Quantification of MVBs and enlarged endosomes in control, SEPT7- or AP-3-depleted HeLa cells.

HeLa cells were incubated with HRP for 7 min. and processed for electron microscopy as indicated in Materials and Methods. The labeled structures were identified as endosomal structures (vesicular and lamellar), typical MVBs and enlarged endosomes.
