Human Resources Report

The City of Winnipeg’s Human Resources dataset represents information on our former and current complement of employee’s. Reports are generated on an annual basis based on our active complement as of December 31st, each calendar year. Metrics are currently being supplied by City, by Union and by Department on an annual basis. In the future we may expand our dataset to include prior years, alternate viewing types and a number of new metrics.

Due to FIPPA legislative requirements our Departments and/or Union Groups have been rolled up where the head count is less than 10. If a metric was being displayed that could lead to the identification of an individual it has been removed.

Exclusions: The City of Winnipeg HR Dataset does not include any employees of the Winnipeg Civic Employees’ Benefits program.
