Inventory Public and Private Food Marketing Standards in the EU

The BREADCRUMB project has compiled an inventory of 1,350 public and private food marketing standards in the EU in relation to five food commodity categories: fruits and vegetables, meat (poultry, bovine, pork), fish, eggs, and cereals. The inventory provides the following key points of information about each standard: name, a brief description, categorization of the standard according to EU Regulation 1308/2013, the food commodity category, geographic scope, supply chain stage, if the standard is public or private, and where further information about the standard can be located online.BREADCRUMB项目已汇编完成欧盟范围内共计1350项公共与私有食品营销标准的清单，涵盖五大食品商品类别：果蔬、肉类（禽肉、牛肉、猪肉）、水产、蛋类及谷物。该清单为每项标准提供以下核心信息：标准名称、简要说明、依据《欧盟第1308/2013号条例（EU Regulation 1308/2013）》划定的标准分类、所属食品商品类别、地理覆盖范围、供应链环节、标准的公私属性，以及该标准的在线信息获取渠道。
