Perfect-model_approach_mean_bias_hourly

The impact of assimilating the cloud liquid water mixing ratio (<i>q</i>_<em>c</em>) and other hydrometeor variables on short-term forecasts of downward surface shortwave radiation (DSSR) is evaluated. A perfect-model approach is used to directly verify the nudging scheme of the hydrometeor variables and its subsequent effect. The 4-bit binary data file describes the name of the variable, type of error (either the bias or the RMSE) and the simulation. An instantaneous hourly data starts at 2017/01/01/01:00 and ends at 2017/12/31/24:00, and if "_13oclock" is included in the name, only the data at 13:00 (JST) is used.
