This dataset contains the transcriptome sequencing data of the cisplatin-resistant human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3-DDP. 150-bp paired-end RNA-seq was performed on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform to investigate gene-expression signatures associated with cisplatin resistance. All samples have been de-identified and comply with ethical and privacy requirements.
