PEDAGOGICAL WAYS OF DEVELOPING COMMUNICATIVE CULTURE IN STUDENTS IN A DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

This article analyzes pedagogical ways of developing students’ communicative culture in a digital educational environment from scientific, theoretical, and practical perspectives. The essence of the digital educational environment, its impact on the educational process, and the content of the concept of communicative culture are examined. The mechanisms for developing students’ communication skills through interactive methods, virtual forms of communication, multimedia tools, and reflective approaches are substantiated. The article also identifies challenges arising in the digital environment and proposes pedagogical solutions. The research results have practical significance for developing students’ communicative culture in digital learning environments of higher education institutions.本文从科学、理论与实践三重维度，探析数字教育环境（digital educational environment）下培育学生交际文化（communicative culture）的教学路径。文中剖析了数字教育环境的本质、其对教育教学过程的影响，以及交际文化概念的内涵；论证了依托互动教学法、虚拟沟通形式、多媒体工具与反思式教学法培育学生沟通技能的具体机制；同时梳理了数字教育环境中出现的各类挑战，并提出了对应的教学解决方案。本研究成果对于高等院校数字学习环境下学生交际文化的培育具有实际应用价值。
