Evidence-Gated Adaptation-Scope Justification under Requirements Evolution: Data, Protocols, and Reproducibility Artifacts

This archive provides the data, frozen protocols, checkpoints, provenance receipts, and portable verification code supporting a controlled Requirements Engineering study of evidence-gated adaptation-scope justification for AI components under requirements evolution. It covers same-regime sealed confirmation, E1 cross-template held-out validation, and E2 preservation-aware broader-scope escalation. The E2 result demonstrates that perfect shifted-regime recovery does not by itself justify model promotion when original-regime preservation obligations fail.
