NRS-684 | Custodian of Forms register, 1891 Census

This register relates to the tabulation of information given on householders' returns and collectors' books which was transferred onto cards for this purpose. The register records the purposes for which the forms were issued, the name of the officer to whom issued for tabulating purposes, date of issue and return, signature of custodian and remarks. Statistics relating to the numbers of males and females in the various districts are given. The register is arranged by census district, sub-district, county and electorate. It relates to Census Districts numbers 22 to 45.The 1891 Census was taken on 5 April 1891. (1)(4/9003). 1 vol.
