The morphological structure and physiological and biochemical functions of wheat seedlings were inhibited under cadmium stress. Cladosporium sphaerospermum treatment could effectively alleviate the damage of cadmium stress to wheat seedlings. Transcriptome data were used to analyze differentially expressed genes associated with Cladosporium sphaerospermum treatment in wheat seedlings under cadmium stress. The biological functions of the related genes were analyzed. The molecular mechanism of Cladosporium sphaerospermum treatment to alleviate cadmium stress was further revealed, which provided a scientific and theoretical basis for improving crop quality and yield.
