INVESTMENTS IN TOURISM INFRASTRUCTURE AND THEIR ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY

This article examines the economic efficiency of investments directed toward tourism infrastructure and their impact on regional development, employment, and the expansion of the tourism services market. The study highlights the main components of tourism infrastructure, including transportation systems, hotels, recreational facilities, engineering and communication networks, as well as modern information and communication technologies. Furthermore, the article scientifically evaluates the outcomes of reforms and investment policies implemented in Uzbekistan to develop tourism infrastructure. The research also presents practical and scientific recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of investments in tourism infrastructure and enhancing their contribution to sustainable economic growth.本文系统考察了旅游基础设施投资的经济效率，及其对区域发展、就业与旅游服务市场扩容的影响。本研究梳理并明确了旅游基础设施的核心组成部分，涵盖交通系统、酒店、休闲娱乐设施、工程与通信网络，以及现代信息与通信技术。此外，本文还针对乌兹别克斯坦为推动旅游基础设施发展所实施的各项改革与投资政策的实施成效，开展了科学评估。本研究同时提出了兼具科学性与实用性的优化建议，旨在提升旅游基础设施投资的整体效率，并增强其对可持续经济增长的贡献力度。
